Veterinary Housecalls
If you are unable to bring your pet to one of our facilities, the veterinarians at Oyster Bay Animal Hospital are able to perform housecalls. Our veterinary housecall services include:
- Wellness exams for dogs, cats, and small mammals
- Blood collection for heartworm testing and other laboratory testing (as needed)
- Dental exams
- Vaccinations
- Flea/tick and Heartworm prevention
- Health certificates
- Microchipping
- Medications
- In-home euthanasia
In-Home Euthanasia
If your pet’s quality of life has diminished significantly due to a long-term health condition or serious illness, it may be time to say goodbye under the gentle care of one of our veterinarians. To minimize the amount of stress for both you and your pet, Oyster Bay Animal Hospital offers in-home euthanasia to allow you to say goodbye to your beloved pet in the comfort of your own home.
