Team Members

Mina

Mina, Practice Manager

Mina has been working with animals of all shapes and sizes since she was 15 years old. Her lifelong love for animals naturally led her to a career in veterinary care, where she has now been part of the Oyster Bay Animal Hospital family for over four years. As Hospital Manager, Mina is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative environment for both clients and staff, ensuring every patient receives the best possible care.

When she’s not at the hospital, Mina enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring new hiking trails, listening to Broadway musicals, and appreciating all things tattoo-related. At home, she’s kept happily busy by her two dogs, Nala and Delilah, and her cat, Lizzo.

Paige

Paige, Veterinary Technician

Paige is our Licensed Veterinary Technician who began her journey with the West Hills network in 2018 as a veterinary assistant. It was there that she discovered her true passion for animal care and decided to pursue her career as a licensed technician. Paige has a special talent for working with nervous or fearful patients who would much rather be anywhere else than the doctor’s office, helping them feel safe and understood.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs—Cam, a Golden Retriever, and Vette, a Shar Pei mix. When she’s not caring for animals, you can find her gardening, attending concerts, or watching true crime documentaries.

Chris

Chris, Veterinary Assistant

Chris joined Oyster Bay Animal Hospital’s team as a veterinary assistant after shadowing Dr. Lancer and aspires to become a veterinarian one day. He is currently an undergraduate Biology major at Stony Brook University, counting down the days to apply to veterinary school. Chris loves animals and has a rabbit named Bambi. During his free time, he enjoys watching movies and playing video games.

Neena

Neena, Veterinary Assistant

Neena joined Oyster Bay Animal Hospital with a lifelong love for animals. She graduated from Madras Veterinary College in 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, and is currently working toward obtaining her veterinary license in the United States. Neena dedicated her years in India to rescue work and shelter medicine; she and her friend worked together to rescue & treat nearly a thousand animals—ranging from little bats to massive buffaloes.

Her clinical experience spans small animal, large animal, equine, and wildlife medicine. Neena’s life revolves around her beautiful, perfect dog, Dubbie, who is one of her rescue babies from India that moved to NY with her in May 2025.

Tori

Tori, Veterinary Assistant

Tori has been part of the team at Oyster Bay Animal Hospital since February 2025. She is a second-year veterinary student at Long Island University with a passion for shelter medicine, general practice, and urgent care. With a master’s degree in animal science and two years of research in poultry neuroendocrinology, Tori has a special place in her heart for all things poultry. She loves being involved in each patient’s journey—watching them grow, recover, and thrive—and finds great joy in helping pets and their owners every step of the way. Tori is excited to continue her journey toward becoming a veterinarian in the coming years.

Tyler

Tyler, Veterinary Assistant

Tyler is so happy to join the OBAH team after graduating from Cornell in upstate NY, where she studied animal science. With two years of experience in animal care, Tyler recently applied to veterinary school and hopes to one day join the ranks of the experienced vets at Oyster Bay. Her most interesting animal experience was volunteering at a wildlife rehab shelter, where she cared for possums, groundhogs, porcupines, and other small mammals.

From Long Beach, Tyler is a beach girl and nature lover at heart. In her free time, you can find her sewing, surfing, skiing, or hiking in the Long Island outdoors.
